Neuromuscular Therapy/ Deep Tissue: Deep Swedish strokes are used gradually working into the muscle fibers and trigger points. This is ideal for athletes and chronic pain sufferers giving a deep muscle release.

Sports Massage: Sports massage uses a variety of techniques like Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy. For athletes who train continuously massage enhances endurance, and lessens the chances for injury. Sports massage will also shorten the recovery time to recover from a sporting event or injury. Stretching is preformed on athletes to help loosen and warm muscles in preparation to an athletic event to enhance their performance and endurance. Following an event getting a massage may be beneficial in relieving pain, prevent stiffness, and aiding the muscles back into their normal state.
Swedish: light and relaxing effleurage (gliding), petrissage (kneading), friction, vibration, and tapotement (percussion) for ultimate relaxation and ease of the day.
Thai-Yoga Massage: This is a 2500 year old healing art. Sessions are on a plush mat and loose fitting clothing is worn. This is often called "lazy man's yoga". Thai massage uses passive fluid yogic postures/stretches allowing the mind and body melt as you take in deep cleansing breaths. Open the body to fluid yogic postures, and meridian work to bring overall health for joints and muscles. To optimize your healthy range of motion a 90- 120 minute session is preferred.
Swed-Thai-Yoga: a combination of Swedish strokes and fluid yogic postures for that deep meditative state. 90-120 minute session is preferred.

Facial Cupping This method replicates the effects of equipment used in most aesthetic establishments. Women in Asia, Russia, and Europe have been using these negative pressure facial exercises for rejuvenation and maintenance for generations. Protocols for the face use small cups to vacuum and lift the facial tissue and increasing the actions of lymphatic drainage. Lines, wrinkles, scar tissue soften from cupping while areas of edema and chronic puffiness reduce in appearance. Sinus infections and inflammation are also directly relieved by the loosening and draining effects of the cups, often resolving issues.
Reflexology: Let your feet be pampered in this ancient art that focuses on reflexes and zones in the feet to bring ultimate health and easing tension for every part of your body. This is a perfect alternative for those who don't feel comfortable receiving a body massage or those with recent injuries or surgeries.
